Cute animals rip apart Easter baskets because everyone loves candy

Animals deserve a fun egg hunt too.

The Werribee Range Open Zoo in Melbourne, Australia decided to give some of their zoo animals a fun Easter treat by placing ball-shaped piñatas and baskets full of painted eggs in some of the animals' enclosures.

The lions had a field day ripping the balls to shreds while the monkeys and meerkats destroyed the Easter baskets, grass and all. And, for one little meerkat, the sight of a painted egg was too much handle.
