Sheryl Sandberg on Thursday launched the community website for her new book Option B: Facing Adversity, Building Resilience and Finding Joy, which shares her experience dealing with grief after the death of her husband, David Goldberg.
Like Lean In, Option B incorporates Sandberg's personal story. Goldberg, who was a key figure in Lean In and its advice to find a partner who will share the burden at home, died of a heart condition and head injury two years ago.
Lean In prompted the launch of "Lean In circles," which encouraged women to join small groups to discuss their careers and lives. Read more...
